Every time


Every time I feel a tear coming....He wipes it away with his Love

Every time I think a dark thought is on the horizon.....I sing it away with His praise

Every time I feel loneliness creeping.....I marinate in His words

He is as close, as next to me....every time I call

He is as close, as next to me.....every time I fall

Every time I murmur....He reminds me to give thanks

Every time I stumble....He picks me up and makes my way straight

He is as close, as next to me.....every time I call

He is as close, as next to me....every time I feel small 

Every time....He bears it, and carries it with His Love!

Every time!

Be Held! I have to be honest and share that sometimes it would be nice to be held by the arms of a man.  God did bless me with a son, who is now a man, who hugs me often!    Being single sometimes brings loneliness and when you deal with that and with the other issues of life, such as finances, health, and the burdens of others, it can be a difficult road, let's say impossible.  Some of you out there are married and still feel this sense of loneliness!  Loneliness prods me on to the exact reason why I can't walk this road alone.  I wasn't meant to walk it alone and I don't think you are meant to walk it alone either.  It isn't a choice for me, it is a necessity to believe! Richness

Richness To be rich is not what you have in your bank account.  It's what you have in your heart.  The hand of a child, the cuddle of a newborn, the memories of a loved one, a hug from your spouse, the kiss of a child, a bear hug from grandma, moments of richness.  In fact priceless!   Time with a friend.  I was talking yesterday with a friend on the phone and we were talking about what our jobs were as Christians, here in this world.  I think we often lose focus with all the distractions.  She told me to look in Luke 4:18 where Jesus read in front of a crowd in the synagogue, and it read like this....."The spirit of Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted."  To proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind.  To set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.   It is our job to tell ...
