No turning back, no turning back! 

I have decided long ago to follow Jesus and there is no turning back.  The splendor of my King, clothed in majesty.  How great is our God!  Age to age He stands, as time is in His hands.  The beginning and the end.  Oh, the lion and the lamb.  Oh, sign and sing.....how great is our God! You are so worthy of our praise!  Oh father I missed a day with you.  Come out of sadness, where ever you have been.  Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.  Lay down your burdens and shame, all that are broken, left up your face!  Oh, lay down your hurt and come as you are.  Hope for hopeless, come and sit at the table and taste the grace!  Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot cure!  Are you wandering, come home....lay down your heart and come as you are.  Isn't it so nice just to fall into His arms.  

Yes, there is joy in the morning.....Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.  Lift up your faith, bring it to Him now.  Lay down your hurt, lay down your heart and come just as you are.  

You call me out onto the water...the great unknown.  There I find you in oceans deep, while my faith stands.  I continue to call upon your name and keep my eyes on you with your arms of embrace.  Grace abounds in the deepest waters.   I so can rest within your embrace.  I am yours and you are mine.  Let me walk upon the waters whenever you call me.  Spirit lead me with my trust is without borders.  Take me deeper than my feet can wander.  

How do you shake the feelings when you have a new life.  You are more than the problems you create,  You are more than the sum of past mistakes.  You are more than the choices that you have made.  You have been redeemed.  You have been remade.  It isn't about what you have done; but what has been done for you.  

He made the lame walk and the tongue talk, he made eyes to see.....what would life be like if we only let Jesus live through you and me?  What if you could hear the truth, instead of listening to lies.  Oh, the power of the hand that made the Universe!

Be Held! I have to be honest and share that sometimes it would be nice to be held by the arms of a man.  God did bless me with a son, who is now a man, who hugs me often!    Being single sometimes brings loneliness and when you deal with that and with the other issues of life, such as finances, health, and the burdens of others, it can be a difficult road, let's say impossible.  Some of you out there are married and still feel this sense of loneliness!  Loneliness prods me on to the exact reason why I can't walk this road alone.  I wasn't meant to walk it alone and I don't think you are meant to walk it alone either.  It isn't a choice for me, it is a necessity to believe! Richness

Richness To be rich is not what you have in your bank account.  It's what you have in your heart.  The hand of a child, the cuddle of a newborn, the memories of a loved one, a hug from your spouse, the kiss of a child, a bear hug from grandma, moments of richness.  In fact priceless!   Time with a friend.  I was talking yesterday with a friend on the phone and we were talking about what our jobs were as Christians, here in this world.  I think we often lose focus with all the distractions.  She told me to look in Luke 4:18 where Jesus read in front of a crowd in the synagogue, and it read like this....."The spirit of Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted."  To proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind.  To set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.   It is our job to tell ...
