 Let LOVE win by Carrollton  How do we bring Psalms 37:4 to life?  How do we Delight ourselves in the Lord, let LOVE win! How do we commit our ways unto God, let LOVE win!  If we would just let LOVE win!  It would build those bridges that cannot be burned!  Love would speak truth that otherwise could not be learned!  It IS a treasure we could never learn but only experience.  If you think about it, love does go places we are afraid to go.  Love is the hands that are held wide open and not a fist held tight with cramps of frustration and fear.  Love is reaching out to the down and broken, sharing and giving of the heart to build those bridges from heart to heart, straight to a relationship built on love.  Love is the only thing that can tear down those walls of the heart.  Love is the only thing that has the power to break our chains, light the darkness, give us hope in a helpless world.  Oh, yes when we lay down our weapons, we let love win!   Love does make a frie

Thankfulness Life really is more than black and white, it is truly filled with the color of love!  This morning's prayer was all about thanksgiving and the more I think of my activities in the pass few hours, the more thankful I feel.  Yesterday I had the privilege of spending time with a beautiful woman, as she spoke to me with tears in her eyes and a confessed bitter heart because the husband that she had loved for many years left her and was unable to see the value of who she was and all the time, talent and energy she had given to him, she felt was stolen from her as he walked out the door.  I cried with her because it brought to my mind all the people that have walked into my life and have taken me for granted, who had thrown away the love, talent and energy that I had given them.  The ones who were unable to see the diamond hidden in my heart for them.  But, as I dried the tears, I thought of thankfulness!  The ability and opportunity that God has given me as a livin

Sweet Surrender  What does the heart say about surrender.  It's like giving up the nectar of the flower to feed the butterfly.  What produces life....only love!
