A Thousand pieces! 

Ok, so today I am plagiarizing because it just fits the moment!  I am letting go of the emotion within the melody!  As I listen to "You are Loved" by Stars Go Dim.  I think to myself, does anyone else ever have a day where their stars go dim?  Today is the day....I choose to love anyway and to be loved! 

Oh my God...I hide pain in the weirdest places, my soul is broken with a smile on my face.  I am constantly fighting for surrender, in your presence Lord.  As I look around I see people scared to say how they really feel!  Oh my God we just need a little honesty!!!!

You whisper to me.....you are loved.  My God my heart is in a thousand pieces I have lost and I am far from reason.  I must, must look up and know that I am loved!  I must continue to look up and see that I am loved! 

His whisper.......You don't have to prove who you are and try to be someone else....
Just know you are loved!!!!

My heart Lord is in a thousand pieces, it hurts Lord and I can't find healing!  

Oh, I know we are not meant to be Superheroes, photo-shopped, all size zeroes!  I do it everyday, fix it, mend it, adjust it,  live it broken!  A light here, a circle there, none expected, but not quite perfected yet.  Oh my God....let me look up and know that I am loved! 

I can only look up and see the sun shinning...and know that there is hope on a new horizon.  It is you who are calling me....."You are loved" 

The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, “Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love; therefore with loving kindness have I drawn thee.

Jeremiah 31:3 

Rub it today on my heart Lord - just rub it on my heart!  
I am counting on your promises! 

The LORD is righteous in all His ways And kind in all His deeds. 18The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. 19He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and will save them.… Psalms 145:18

Day 3 - Revealing the Heart  Can we let truth speak louder than our feelings?  The longer we speak, read and live truth, our feelings will need to agree!  While reading my devotional today in (Ephesians 3:12) it talks about having courage and confidence in Christ.  The word used in the text was unreserved.   I wanted to look up the definition.  And as I read it, it created this boldness in my heart while I read the words out loud. You may want to try doing this yourself.   It started with unconditional, unqualified (no qualification required) without reservation, unlimited, categorical, unequivocal, unambiguous, absolute, complete, thorough, wholehearted, full, total and undivided.  This is God's love, his love is complete and unlimited.  There is only one way to interpret it, clear and concise.  It goes on to say in ( Ephesians 3:17) by faith we are rooted and grounded in Christ's love!  We often distance ourselves from the very source we need because of feelings

Day 1 of the New Year 2015 Let me not lose sight of you Lord Jesus!  1)Happiness 2.)Abiding in the Lord  3.) Power of your Word 4.) The inspiration of the Holy Spirit!  5.) Not allowing the woes of this world to rule my state of mind.  6.) I CAN have happiness!  7.) I CAN abide in the Lord!  8.) I HAVE power through His Word!  9.) I HAVE inspiration through the Holy Spirit!  10.) Day 2 - JOY

Day 2 You might think there is a magic formula in obtaining "Joy".  Relationship and resolution to have a closer relationship with the one who provides joy, it is a simple formula, but few take it.  Psalm 33:22 "Let your loving kindness, O Lord, be upon us, according, as we have hope in You."   As we claim every promise that God has given us as our own, it deposits one more gem of joy in our heart.  As we take this journey of joy together, be patient as He shows us victory in every circumstance, no matter how it looks to us on the outside of our heart.  He can give us peace from within. Keep your focus on the beauty of His creative and magnificent hand.  And before long, you will feel Him holding your hand.  "We wait for the Lord.  he is our help and our shield.  In him our hearts find joy.  In his holy name we trust."   Psalm 33:20-21 The heart of gratitude!  1.)
