I decided to put something beautiful within the mix of cups I have been working on.  A friend of mine periodically will send me images of Peacocks because she thinks they are beautiful and so do I.  Every time I see a peacock in full bloom, meaning their feathers are completely spanned to display a breathtaking array of color, almost Heavenly as you view the translucent hue from one feather to the next.  Only the hand of God could create such a beautiful combination of color and design!  What a thankful heart to be able to view such a spectacular show of color!  And as I think of all of creation and it's uniqueness and creativity, it makes my heart burst in JOY!  To have eyes that can detect each color and be able to see it change by the amount of light it reflects. 

To be able to see each and every creature and it's own design, the butterfly, the moth, the horse, the cow, the zebra, the deer, the lion, the giraffe, the dog, the cat, the buffalo, the list goes on, the majestic design so beautiful and unique to each creature and animal.  The same is true for nature, plants and flowers.  All so beautiful, yet unique in design and added fragrance with each bloom! 

I can hardly contain myself when I go to a botanical garden, or an animal enclosure and see how each thing is created with thought and wonderfully made!  It brings back how God explains the process of creation through Genesis!  Only LOVE could create such wonderful things!  Only LOVE!

Day 3 - Revealing the Heart  Can we let truth speak louder than our feelings?  The longer we speak, read and live truth, our feelings will need to agree!  While reading my devotional today in (Ephesians 3:12) it talks about having courage and confidence in Christ.  The word used in the text was unreserved.   I wanted to look up the definition.  And as I read it, it created this boldness in my heart while I read the words out loud. You may want to try doing this yourself.   It started with unconditional, unqualified (no qualification required) without reservation, unlimited, categorical, unequivocal, unambiguous, absolute, complete, thorough, wholehearted, full, total and undivided.  This is God's love, his love is complete and unlimited.  There is only one way to interpret it, clear and concise.  It goes on to say in ( Ephesians 3:17) by faith we are rooted and grounded in Christ's love!  We often distance ourselves from the very source we need because of feelings

Day 1 of the New Year 2015 Let me not lose sight of you Lord Jesus!  1)Happiness 2.)Abiding in the Lord  3.) Power of your Word 4.) The inspiration of the Holy Spirit!  5.) Not allowing the woes of this world to rule my state of mind.  6.) I CAN have happiness!  7.) I CAN abide in the Lord!  8.) I HAVE power through His Word!  9.) Day 2 - JOY

Day 2 You might think there is a magic formula in obtaining "Joy".  Relationship and resolution to have a closer relationship with the one who provides joy, it is a simple formula, but few take it.  Psalm 33:22 "Let your loving kindness, O Lord, be upon us, according, as we have hope in You."   As we claim every promise that God has given us as our own, it deposits one more gem of joy in our heart.  As we take this journey of joy together, be patient as He shows us victory in every circumstance, no matter how it looks to us on the outside of our heart.  He can give us peace from within. Keep your focus on the beauty of His creative and magnificent hand.  And before long, you will feel Him holding your hand.  "We wait for the Lord.  he is our help and our shield.  In him our hearts find joy.  In his holy name we trust."   Psalm 33:20-21 The heart of gratitude!  1.)
